The Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe takes the security of your personal data very seriously. We process only the personal data you give us, for example when you complete and send a contact form or sign up for personalized services. We use the data we receive only internally for the purpose intended and never share them with third parties. Please be advised that transmission of data over the Internet (e.g., in communication via e-mail) carries no guarantee of security. Data cannot be reliably protected from access by third parties. Entering a name and address when placing an order in our online shop is relevant only for shipping and invoicing. We do not share your data with third parties. Our online shop is operated by Beckerbillett.

Contact form

The data you enter in the online contact form, including your contact data, are stored on our premises for the purpose of processing your inquiry and any follow-up questions that may arise. We do not share these data with anyone else without your permission.

Newsletter

If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter offered at our website, we need your e-mail address as well as additional information that will enable us to check back with you and make sure you are the holder of the e-mail address given, and have agreed to receive the newsletter. No other data are collected. We use these data only to send the requested information via the provider “rapidmail” (based in Germany).
