In discourses in which discrimination is critically engaged “Black” and “white” are also used as analytical categories, where “white” is written in lowercase and “Black” is written uppercase, to reflect the history and present of white supremacist power structures. The objective is to highlight the persistence of social inequalities rooted in socially constructed racial categories. For example, white people continue to benefit from colonial power structures, while Black people face structural disadvantages and encounter challenges in accessing resources and participating equitably in society.

["post-79516","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
