De plus, son \u0153uvre positionn\u00e9 \u00e0 la c\u00e9sure entre tradition et modernit\u00e9 marque l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une peinture qui renouvelle ses sources d\u2019inspiration\u00a0: cet \u0153uvre est en effet exceptionnel en ce qu\u2019il reste indissociable du go\u00fbt de l\u2019artiste pour la musique. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019exposition rend compte de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de Corot pour le th\u00e9\u00e2tre et les concerts, ainsi que de la profonde affinit\u00e9 du ma\u00eetre pour les variations et paraphrases picturales inspir\u00e9es de th\u00e8mes musicaux \u2014 Un aspect plus particuli\u00e8rement abord\u00e9 par un essai du catalogue et diverses manifestations parall\u00e8les.
