Elle souligne que tout acte s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de ces structures apprises. Ce faisant, la critique de la discrimination se d\u00e9marque explicitement des attitudes qui supposent qu\u2019il suffit de d\u00e9fendre l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 pour ne pas \u00eatre raciste. Ce qui est essentiel, c\u2019est que les personnes privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es reconnaissent comment leur propre comportement irr\u00e9fl\u00e9chi contribue lui aussi \u00e0 la marginalisation.
